  4. Colander for washing your fruits and vegetables
  5. Cutting board
  6. Tongs

Ingredients

  1. Spinach
  2. Kale
  3. Chard
  4. Arugula
  5. Frozen Banana's
  6. Fresh Blueberries
  7. Pineapple (sliced and diced)
  8. Hemp seeds
  9. Flax Seeds
  10. Water
  11. Coconut Milk
  12. Plant based milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients except for the blueberries and seeds, and blend until think.
  2. Once mixed, take your coconut bowl and lather remaining ingredients as seen in the picture above.
  3. Feel free to add whatever vegetables/fruits you desire and enjoy with love
