Vegan Watermelon Salad Bowl
Hearty, earthy and vegan. This plant based vegetable salad bowl is so good and easy to make.

- Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- Salad (your favourite kind)
- 1 field cucumber
- Sugar snap peas
- Cabbage
- Sprouts
- Watermelon
- Miso salad dressing
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In your coconut bowl, start with putting the lettuce on the bottom
- Slice the field cucumber into thin pieces and layer on top the salad
- Add the split peas, cabbage, sprouts
- Dice the watermelon into small pieces and add
- Layer on top with the Miso salad dressing and sprinkle the sesame seeds and enjoy :)
