Ingredients
- Spinach
- Kale
- Chard
- Arugula
- Frozen Banana's
- Fresh Blueberries
- Pineapple (sliced and diced)
- Hemp seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Water
- Coconut Milk
- Plant based milk
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients except for the blueberries and seeds, and blend until think.
- Once mixed, take your coconut bowl and lather remaining ingredients as seen in the picture above.
- Feel free to add whatever vegetables/fruits you desire and enjoy with love
