  3. Wooden Coconut Spoon

  5. Mixing Bowls


  1. Frozen peaches
  2. Frozen strawberries
  3. Frozen bananas
  4. Almond milk


  1. A few blueberries
  2. Two sliced strawberries
  3. Peach slices (halved and cubed)
  4. Unsweetened coconut flakes
  5. Hemp hearts
  6. Granola (handful)


  1. In a blender combine all the main ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Once blended, pour contents into your coconut bowl and use the wooden coconut spoon to spread the mixture evenly 
  3. Garnish with the toppings and serve
