Organic Vegan Tofu Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten free bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
- 1 block of extra firm organic tofu
- 2 tbsp of gluten free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup plant based milk (almond, soy)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 peeled carrot
- bowl of lettuce
Instructions
- For the breaded tofu, press the tofu for 15 minutes to drain liquid
- Cut tofu into slices or cubes depending on your preference
- Mix the mayonnaise, plant based milk, and paprika in a small bowl and place the bread crumbs in another bowl
- Marinate the tofu for 10 - 15 minutes in soy sauce
- Once the tofu is marinated, dip the tofu in the mayonnaise mixture, then coat evenly with gluten free bread crumbs
- Once coated, air fry the tofu at 375 Degrees for 15 minutes
- While the tofu is baking, prepare your salad
- To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and pour over your tofu and salad once done
- Last but not least, enjoy your beautiful tofu dish in your coconut shell bowl
