Ingredients

  1. Strawberries
  2. Banana
  3. Blueberries
  4. Spinach
  5. Flaxseed
  6. Vanilla extract
  7. Himalayan sea salt
  8. Oat milk
  9. 1 scoop of Vital protein marine collagen powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the (Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries, Spinach) and gently rinse them.
  2. Take your blender and add the fruits, oat milk, Flaxseed, protein powder and blend under medium speed.
  3. Pour your freshly made smoothie mix in a coconutbowl.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and a pinch of salt and enjoy.
