Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Banana
- Blueberries
- Spinach
- Flaxseed
- Vanilla extract
- Himalayan sea salt
- Oat milk
- 1 scoop of Vital protein marine collagen powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the (Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries, Spinach) and gently rinse them.
- Take your blender and add the fruits, oat milk, Flaxseed, protein powder and blend under medium speed.
- Pour your freshly made smoothie mix in a coconutbowl.
- Top with sliced strawberries and a pinch of salt and enjoy.
