  4. Tongs
  5. Medium sized pot
  6. Coconut Bowl

Ingredients

  1. Vegetable Broth
  2. Butternut Squash
  3. Broccoli
  4. Carrots
  5. Spinach
  6. Mushrooms
  7. Red Bell Pepper
  8. Green Onions
  9. Ground sesame
  10. Udon Noodles

Instructions

  1. Take the Broccoli, Carrots, Peppers, Mushrooms, Spinach, and Green Onions, and cut them up into small bit sized pieces.
  2. Combine the veggies in the previous step in a saucepan, while adding vegetable broth and sauté for 5 minutes, or until semi cooked.
  3. In a pot, fill with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and add the udon noodles. Allow to simmer while stirring occasionally.
  4. Wait roughly 8 minutes for noodles to cook and then strain in a strainer.
  5. Using a tong, add the Noodles to the coconut bowl and add the sautéed veggies.
  6. Serve with a garnish of ground sesame and enjoy.
