Equipment

  1. Air fryer
  2. mixing bowls
  3. strainer
  4. coconut shell bowl

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of gluten free bread crumbs
  2. 1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
  3. 1 block of extra firm organic tofu
  4. 2 tbsp of gluten free soy sauce
  5. 1/4 cup plant based milk (almond, soy)
  6. 2 tsp paprika
  7. 1 peeled carrot
  8. bowl of lettuce

Instructions

  1. For the breaded tofu, press the tofu for 15 minutes to drain liquid
  2. Cut tofu into slices or cubes depending on your preference
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, plant based milk, and paprika in a small bowl and place the bread crumbs in another bowl
  4. Marinate the tofu for 10 - 15 minutes in soy sauce
  5. Once the tofu is marinated, dip the tofu in the mayonnaise mixture, then coat evenly with gluten free bread crumbs
  6. Once coated, air fry the tofu at 375 Degrees for 15 minutes
  7. While the tofu is baking, prepare your salad
  8. To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and pour over your tofu and salad once done
  9. Last but not least, enjoy your beautiful tofu dish in your coconut shell bowl
